Why We Created What’s My Favourite?

It started with one question “What’s your favourite meal?”

Hi, we’re the Ross family 👋

This all began at our own kitchen table. Like so many families, we were juggling busy schedules, endless to-dos, and way too many screens. We wanted more than “How was your day?” and one word answers. We craved real conversations, the kind that make you laugh, surprise you, and bring you closer together.

That’s how WHAT'S MY FAVOURITE? was born. A simple idea that turned into a family game designed to spark those aha moments where you suddenly learn something new about each other. It’s that magic of discovering your child’s “favourite” you never guessed, or hearing your partner share a memory you didn’t know they cherished.

Playing together reminds us that connection doesn’t need to be complicated, it just needs to be intentional. No phones, no distractions, just us, a few whiteboards, and a lot of laughs.

And the best part? When the game ends, it doesn’t really end. You’re left with that full hearted, charged up feeling what we like to call your love meter hitting 100%. It’s why we keep coming back to the table, and why we can’t wait for other families to experience the same.

Because at the end of the day, it’s not about winning tokens. It’s about winning time together.

So we created a game that’s fun, easy and made for real moments.
